Privacy Policy

Who we are

resales.io ("Resales.io", "we") is operated by Resales.io. For any privacy question or request, contact us at WhatsApp +971553522718.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, e-mail, budget, preferred property type and timing, and any message you send through our forms or WhatsApp.
• Conversations with our AI assistant: the questions you ask and the answers, so we can follow up and improve the service.
• Technical and visit data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the advertising campaign that brought you to the site (for example utm parameters).
• Cookies and measurement pixels: only if you accept them, we load the OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) measurement pixel and, where used, the Meta pixel to measure which ads lead to enquiries. You can decline in the cookie banner and the site keeps working.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and send you properties that match what you asked for.
• To arrange viewings and transactions, including sharing your details with the listing broker or developer of a property you are interested in.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to real-estate brokerage in Dubai.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our brokers and staff; brokers or developers involved in a property you enquire about; service providers that host the site, send messages or run our AI assistant and analytics; advertising platforms (OpenAI, Meta) for ad measurement when you have accepted cookies; and authorities when the law requires it. Some providers process data outside the UAE; we use them only with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a transaction or the law requires longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop being contacted, at any time by contacting us at WhatsApp +971553522718 or replying "STOP" on WhatsApp. You can change your cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
